If ever we get the choice, we will... the only real barrier is me and Jane now have dogs we can't leave behind, and they don't allow them.

We also had such a rare chance back then, for the price. Whole run of the castle, £50 each a night. Normally much more, and restricted to the accommodation apartments.

Love the new avatar Chris!

I remember the Gypsy woman curse of Chillingham... I remember I was so determined to test the reality of this "Curse" but by the end of our trip, the feelings I felt, the things I'd seen and heard... No I didn't much feel like pushing my luck!

Im still not sure if I regret not trying it or if maybe it was the right move to Just leave it alone.

There may have been something in it, but I really believe it was a PR and security move from Sir Humphrey to stop his stuff getting nicked by any low life that visit, some who will just take anything, can't blame him really if he did.

But, it is quite a test for curious PNis!!

Yeah I'd have like to have taken something just to test... I mean I'd still send it back either way but it certainly had me thinking!

You need to get yourselves an animal aunt or a friend to 'sit' for you, I believe there was so much more for you to discover at Chillingham, it would be a shame not to investigate further, just start saving now.
The truth ALWAYS comes out in the end.
